Gamble Laboratory operate as an independent information platform, offering objective, research-driven insights into the affiliate programs of various online casinos and bookmakers. Our aim is to support transparency and informed decision-making within the affiliate community.

These Terms of Use are intended to help users understand the scope and nature of the services offered by Gamble Laboratory, outlining general policies and principles to clarify the informational role we play in relation to affiliate participants (“members/you”) and advertisers (“operators”).

1: Definitions

The terms used in these guidelines are defined as follows:

1-1: Gamble Laboratory: Refers to our website and its operations, which exist to provide neutral, fact-based information about affiliate programs in the online gambling industry. We do not manage affiliate relationships or process affiliate commission.

1-2: Our Services: Gamble Laboratory offers affiliate-related information, insights, and program reviews to help individuals make informed decisions. We do not act as a broker or agent for any advertiser or affiliate.

1-3: Affiliate Program: A system provided by individual advertisers (online casinos/bookmakers) through which affiliates receive tracking links and are rewarded based on customer activity that results in revenue. Gamble Laboratory does not operate or manage these programs.

1-4: Affiliate: A person, group, or business participating in an affiliate program provided by an advertiser, often using online platforms such as websites or social media to promote services.

1-5: Media: Refers to websites, email newsletters, social media accounts, or other platforms used by affiliates to promote advertisers.

1-6: Member: Refer to individuals, groups, or organizations that promote advertisers’ services by placing affiliate links or promotional materials on their media platforms whom has registered through Gamble Laboratory and act as sub-affiliates within its information network.

1-7: Advertiser: A company or organization that provides products or services, operates its own affiliate program, and compensates affiliates according to its terms and conditions.

1-8: Customer: A user who clicks an affiliate link, visits the advertiser’s site, and registers or uses the offered products/services.

1-9: Commission (Affiliate Reward): The payment received by the member based on results defined in the affiliate program, such as user registration or generated revenue. Calculation methods and payment schedules are determined by each advertiser.

1-10: Affiliate Link: A unique tracking URL issued by the advertiser that affiliates use in their media to direct users to the advertiser’s website. These links may appear as text, banners, buttons, or other forms.

1-11: Revenue: The monetary result generated through customer activity after being referred by an affiliate link. The calculation method varies by advertiser and is a key factor in determining commissions.

2: Eligibility and Conditions for Participation

To participate in the affiliate programs offered by advertisers listed on Gamble Laboratory, individuals or entities must meet the following criteria:

2-1: You must fully understand and accept all provisions outlined in the terms and conditions of each advertiser’s affiliate program, as well as the terms of this agreement shouold you want to partcipcate as a memeber. You must also possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2-2: You must be of legal age under the applicable jurisdiction to enter into marketing or promotional activities of the advertiser’s websites.

2-3: You must own and operate a valid platform (such as a website, social media channel, or newsletter) capable of conducting the promotional or marketing activities related to the advertiser’s website.

2-4: You must not submit false or misleading information when applying to participate in any advertiser’s affiliate program.

2-5: You must not have been previously terminated or banned from participating in any affiliate program listed by Gamble Laboratory.

2-6: You must not provide funding to, or engage in any transactions with, organized crime groups or other anti-social entities.

2-7: You must maintain respectful and professional communication with both Gamble Laboratory and any associated advertisers at all times.

2-8: If your promotional platform requires registration or password to access, you must be able to provide necessary access credentials or viewing permissions to the affiliate platform provider under specific circumstances.

2-9: You must not engage in promotional or affiliate activities related to gambling in any country or region where such activities are prohibited. Additionally, it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations regarding the legality of gambling-related promotions.

3: Nature of Gamble Laboratory as an Information Hub

3-1: Non-Intermediary Role
3-1-1: Gamble Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as “the Website” or “The Company”) operates as an information hub focused on iGaming affiliate programs. Its purpose is to provide users with helpful information, program comparisons, registration support, and general insights related to affiliate opportunities.

3-1-2: The Website does not act as an agent, intermediary, representative, or payment handler for any advertiser or affiliate program listed. All registrations, agreements, and communications with affiliate programs are conducted directly between the member and the respective advertiser.

3-1-3: As such, the Website does not bear any contractual or financial responsibility for issues arising from participation in affiliate programs, including (but not limited to) tracking errors, payment disputes, or account terminations. Members are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of each program they register for.

3-1-4: While the Website strives to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date, it does not guarantee the completeness, correctness, or current validity of any external offers or program terms.

3-2: Listing Review and Accuracy Policy
3-2-1: The Website endeavors to provide up-to-date, accurate listings of affiliate programs, resources, and onboarding guides. However, due to the changing nature of affiliate program terms, commissions, and advertiser policies, users are advised to confirm key information directly with the advertisers.

3-2-2: Listings are periodically reviewed, updated, flagged, or removed based on internal criteria, user feedback, or changes in advertiser behavior or relevance.

3-2-3: Users are encouraged to report outdated or incorrect listings. Verified corrections will be made at the sole discretion of the Website team.

3-3: Blacklist Criteria and Exclusion Policy
3-3-1: The Website may maintain a blacklist of advertisers, programs, or members that exhibit unethical or problematic behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of non-payment, program manipulation, or reputational risk to the community.

3-3-2: Blacklisted entities may be excluded from recommendations or public listings. Gamble Laboratory is not obligated to explain all blacklisting decisions but will consider appeal requests when accompanied by reasonable evidence.

3-3-3: Referral of members to blacklisted entities is discouraged. Members found knowingly promoting blacklisted programs may be warned or restricted.

4: Membership (Sub-Affilliate) Application Procedure

4-1: Those wishing to join an advertiser’s affiliate program must first agree to all terms and conditions of the respective advertiser’s affiliate program. Registration must be completed directly through the advertiser’s official website which may be redirected or accessed from Gamble Laboratory Website.

4-2: Required information for applying as a member varies by advertiser. During the application process, applicants must fill out the designated registration form on the advertiser’s site and submit it by clicking the “Register” button.

4-3: Only members who register Via Gamble Laboratory and provide their affiliate name for verification are eligible to receive direct support from the Gamble Laboratory team. After completing registration, these members may contact Gamble Laboratory to request assistance if required.

4-4: The Website does not operate a formal sub-affiliate referral program. Members may not refer other affiliates to the Website in exchange for commissions, bonuses, or any structured benefit. All affiliate applications must be submitted individually, and each member is treated independently.

4-5: Sub-Affiliate Referrals and Responsibilities

  • 4-5-1: Members who refer others to the Website—whether through Gamble Laboratory’s provided links, forms, or personal invitation—shall remain solely responsible for guiding and assisting those sub-affiliates in understanding how to navigate and apply for affiliate programs listed on the Website.
  • 4-5-2: The Website offers general resources, onboarding materials, and communication tools to support both referring members and their invited sub-affiliates. However, the Website does not intervene in disputes, nor does it mediate any relationships between referring members and their sub-affiliates.
  • 4-5-3: The Website does not guarantee any specific rewards, commission-sharing models, or structured hierarchies between referring members and sub-affiliates. Any such arrangements are considered informal and are entirely at the discretion of the referring member.
  • 4-5-4: If any misconduct, violation of policies, or abuse of the platform is detected from sub-affiliates, the referring member may also be held partially accountable—particularly if misleading recruitment tactics or improper instructions were involved.
  • 4-5-5: Sub-affiliates are considered independent members and are equally expected to comply with all Terms and Conditions of the Website, regardless of how they were referred.
5: Handling of Member Information Changes and Transfers

5-1: In the event of any changes to the member information registered with an advertiser’s affiliate program, members shall promptly notify both Gamble Laboratory and the respective advertiser in accordance with the advertiser’s affiliate program policies.

5-2: If a member needs to update or change information related to the media associated with advertisers—due to reasons such as corporate mergers, acquisitions, or for other circumstances—the member may complete such changes by notifying Gamble Laboratory and Advertisers. Members acknowledge and agree that such changes may result in adjustments to commission rates, payment methods, or may require renegotiation.

5-3: Based on the member’s request, a review may be conducted to assess the appropriateness of the requested changes. If the change is deemed inappropriate, Gamble Laboratory and the advertiser reserve the right to refuse the change and to impose restrictions on access to management dashboards or affiliate program resources.

5-4: Should a change request be denied under the previous clause, and any damages or losses arise to the member or third parties as a result, Gamble Laboratory and the advertiser shall bear no responsibility, in accordance with these Terms of Use and the advertiser’s policies.

5-5: Members shall not transfer or assign any contracts arising from participation in the advertiser’s affiliate program, nor apply laws on their behalf, without prior written consent from both Gamble Laboratory and the advertiser.

5-6: In cases where a member intends to transfer their account to a third party or another company, Gamble Laboratory will provide appropraite support only if the transfer is determined as necessary for the proper operation of the affiliate program, reasonable, and lawful. Members mus acknowledge that the final approval for any transfer lies with the advertiser.

6: Management of ID and Password

6-1: Members including affiliates are solely responsible for securely managing the email address, user ID, and password used for logging into the advertiser’s affiliate program, which were provided during registration. If these credentials are used by a third party—whether due to loss, unauthorized use, or negligent management—Gamble Laboratory shall bear no responsibility for any resulting damages. All liability shall rest entirely with the member/affiliates.

7: Management and Maintenance of Affiliate Dashboards

7-1: The responsibility for managing and maintaining the systems provided by each advertiser—such as affiliate links and statistical dashboards—rests entirely with the advertiser, as defined in their respective affiliate terms.

7-2: If a member  identifies any errors or irregularities while accessing the affiliate dashboard and reviewing daily statistics, they are obligated to report the issue directly to the advertiser in accordance with the advertiser’s affiliate terms. If needed, members may also contact Gamble Laboratory for assistance. We will provide support to help the advertiser maintain a sound and reliable affiliate program.

7-3: Gamble Laboratory may offer assistance in resolving any issues in cooperation with the relevant advertiser if deemed reasonable. However, we do not assume any liability for troubles or damages resulting from a member’s failure to report such issues or froom any errors or irregularities from the affiliate platform.

8:Affiliate Links

8-1: Members shall place affiliate links on their media in accordance with each advertiser’s affiliate terms, for the purpose of generating traffic and promoting the advertiser’s services.

8-2: If a member uses affiliate links in a manner that does not comply with the advertiser’s affiliate terms—or uses incorrect or invalid affiliate links—resulting in issues such as customer activity not being properly tracked or credited, the member acknowledges and agrees that neither Gamble Laboratory nor the advertiser will bear any responsibility for any resulting damages or lost earnings.

9: Calculation of Performance-Based Rewards/Commission

9-1: Rewards or commission earned by members through affiliate programs operated by advertisers shall be calculated in accordance with the respective advertiser’s affiliate program terms.

9-2: Since each advertiser’s affiliate program may differ in structure and terms, and deals directly made, members are deemed to have thoroughly understood and accepted these differences before participating in any given affiliate program.

10: Payment of Performance-Based Rewards/Commission

10-1: Performance-based rewards or commission earned through each advertiser’s affiliate program shall be paid directly by the respective advertiser in accordance with the terms of their affiliate program.

10-2: The timing and schedule of such payments shall also follow the provisions set forth in each advertiser’s affiliate program terms.

10-3: In the event that a reward is not paid within the timeframe specified in the affiliate program terms, Gamble Laboratory shall not act as a substitute payer on behalf of the advertiser. Furthermore, Gamble Laboratory shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by the member or third parties due to such non-payment. However, we will provide support in accordance with the relevant advertiser’s affiliate program terms to the best of our ability.

10-4: It is the member’s responsibility to confirm receipt of performance-based rewards or commission. If a member has any objections regarding the amount or receipt of such rewards, they are recommended to contact the advertiser. Member may inform Gamble Laboratory with supporting evidence. Any requests made outside the specified objection period by the affiliate terms and condition may not be accommodated.

10-5: In the absence of any claim or notification from the member, Gamble Laboratory shall not be held responsible for any issues related to performance-based rewards or commission that arise due to failure to report such matters.

10-6: The method for receiving performance-based rewards or commission may vary depending on the advertiser. The available currencies, payment methods, minimum withdrawal amounts, and other related conditions shall be governed by the respective advertiser’s affiliate program terms.

11: Responsible Party for Commission Payments

11-1: Performance-based rewards or commission earned through each advertiser’s affiliate program shall be paid directly by the respective advertiser, in accordance with the terms and conditions of that affiliate program.

11-2: The methods for receiving such performance-based rewards, including the available currencies and payment options, may vary by advertiser and shall be governed by each advertiser’s affiliate program terms.

11-3: Gamble Laboratory shall never act as a substitute receiver or intermediary for any commission or performance-based reward on behalf of any member. All commission transactions occur directly between the member and the respective advertiser. Accordingly, Gamble Laboratory will never request personal payment details, wallet addresses, or other financial information related to payment distribution.

12: Delay in Payment of Affiliate Commission

12-1: In the event that an advertiser delays payment of any portion of the performance-based commission owed to a member, Gamble Laboratory shall not be held liable for any resulting damages or losses incurred by the member or any third party.

12-2: Gamble Laboratory is under no obligation to take any action, such as issuing reminders or demands for payment, in the event of delayed payments by the advertiser.

12-3: However, if Gamble Laboratory determines that the advertiser has delayed or failed to make payments to the member without reasonable cause or justification, Gamble Laboratory may support the member in communicating with the advertiser until full payment is made at it’s sole discretion.

12-4: If an advertiser fails to pay the member without valid reason within 30 days, and if Gamble Laboratory deems it necessary, we may, with the member’s consent, support escalation of the matter to relevant overseas authorities or institutions as an appropriate measure.

13: Suspension of Affiliate Commission Due to Investigation

13-1: If an advertiser determines that an investigation is necessary due to the member’s violation of the advertiser’s terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any circumstances that reasonably raise suspicion of such behavior, and decides to suspend the payment of affiliate rewards or commission until the investigation is concluded, the member acknowledges and agrees that Gamble Laboratory has no authority to override this decision, nor any obligation or responsibility to make such payments on behalf of the advertiser.

14: Adjustment of Affiliate Commission

14-1: If it is deemed necessary to adjust affiliate rewards or commission due to errors or inconsistencies in the data provided by the advertiser, such adjustments shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective advertiser’s affiliate program. During the course of such adjustments, the member acknowledges and agrees that Gamble Laboratory has no authority to reverse the advertiser’s decision, nor any obligation or responsibility to compensate the member for the adjusted amount.

15: Affiliate Activities and Responsibilities

15-1: Members participating in each affiliate program—subject to appropriate updates and in compliance with each advertiser’s marketing guidelines—shall make their best efforts to advertise widely, actively, and effectively. They shall strive to promote, market, and sell the advertiser’s products and services in a manner that maximizes mutual benefits for both parties.

15-2: Unless otherwise specified by the advertiser in advance, all costs incurred in connection with advertising the advertiser’s products or services shall be borne by the member. While the members shall be solely responsible for the scope, content, and method of their promotional activities, such activities must be professional, appropriate, lawful, and fully compliant with both the applicable advertiser’s affiliate program terms and these Terms and Conditions.

15-3: Members must use the tracking links provided through each advertiser’s affiliate program for user acquisition. If members acquire users without using the designated affiliate links, no registration data or commission-related statistics will be tracked or available. Furthermore, no modifications or alterations may be made to the affiliate links or promotional materials without prior written approval from the respective advertiser.

15-4: Members are fully responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of their affiliate activities, including but not limited to websites they manage or social media and all information displayed therein.

16: Monitoring

16-1: In order to maintain the integrity and sound operation of its affiliate program, Gamble Laboratory reserves the right to monitor members under its management. This includes verifying whether the member is conducting marketing activities in accordance with both these Terms and Conditions and the terms of each advertiser’s affiliate program. The monitoring also covers any improper use of advertiser affiliate programs, as well as any conduct that may violate either these Terms or the applicable advertiser’s affiliate terms.

16-2: If, through such monitoring, Gamble Laboratory identifies conduct that constitutes a breach of these Terms or an advertiser’s affiliate terms, or deems such conduct to be a likely or potential violation or fraudulent activity, Gamble Laboratory reserves the right—at its sole discretion and without obtaining the member’s prior consent—to report such conduct to the relevant advertiser and take action, including requesting removal of the member from the applicable affiliate program, to ensure the soundness of the affiliate ecosystem.

17: Communication with Representatives

17-1: Communication with members shall be primarily by Email. However this is not to be limited to email where should be reasonable may also take place via social media platforms, as well as through messaging applications such as Telegram.

17-2: Members understand that when they contact advertisers affiliated with the Company, such communication may be shared with the Company due to the nature of the services provided to those advertisers.

17-3: Members acknowledge that the Company may initiate administrative or operational communication with both members and advertisers in order to provide necessary services.

18: Maintenance of Advertisers' Affiliate Dashboards

18-1: Each advertiser’s affiliate program may undergo maintenance either on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. The members understands that Gamble Laboratroy shall not be held liable for any temporary or unscheduled suspension of service caused by such maintenance. Members understand that they may not claim any compensation from the Gamble Laboratory or any third party for damages incurred during these maintenance periods, and agree to abide by the applicable advertiser’s terms and conditions.

19: Temporary Suspension and Maintenance of Company Services

19-1: The services provided by the Gamble Laboratory may be temporarily suspended due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or other special circumstances. In such cases, we, gamble Laboratory will make an effort in informing official announcement via this website or through its social media platforms. However Gamble Laboratory shall not be liable for any temporary or unscheduled suspension of services. Members understand that they may not claim any compensation from the Company or any third party for any damage incurred during such maintenance periods.

20: Handling of Personal Information

20-1: In order to support the operation of a sound affiliate program, Gamble Laboratory may be provided with member and customer information by affiliated advertisers. Such information shall be handled with the utmost care in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

20-2: Members agree that Gamble Laboratory may disclose information obtained through the advertisers’ affiliate programs in the following circumstances:

  • 20-2-1: If the information is already publicly available;
  • 20-2-2: If disclosure is required by government authorities, investigations, or other official procedures as determined necessary by the Company;
  • 20-2-3: If the Company determines that the member has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent activity that warrants investigation.
21: Handling of Proprietary Information

21-1: Members shall not disclose any technical, business, or operational information obtained through the use of Gamble Laboratory to any third party.

21-2: However, this does not apply to information that is publicly available and information that are not specified as confidential. Nonetheless, content published on our website—such as blog articles or informational pages—is intended solely for our members’ use and may serve as inspiration for creating original content. Members are not permitted to copy (word by word), repost (Including exact word translations to other language), or otherwise reproduce such content in its original form without prior permission.

22: Voluntary Withdrawal by Members

22-1: Members may withdraw from any advertiser’s affiliate program at any time by their own decision. Should you require any assistace, members can request assistance for the withdrawal procedure.

23: Involuntary Termination of Membership

23-1: Gamble Laboratory reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, explanation, or consent, to terminate a member’s participation in sub affiliate relationship with Gamble Laboratory and report to the relevant advertiser for the following reasons (including, but not limited to):

  • 23-1-1: If the member is found to have violated the terms or engaged in fraudulent activity within the affiliate program of an affiliated advertiser;
  • 23-1-2: If the member has engaged in inappropriate marketing activities, such as replicating another member’s content or media without consent, or otherwise engaging in unethical promotional behavior;
  • 23-1-3: If it is deemed necessary to protect the interests of the Company or its affiliated advertisers;
  • 23-1-4: If the Company otherwise determines that the member is not suitable to continue participation.
24: Treatment of Performance-Based Commission upon Involuntary Termination

24-1: In cases where a member’s participation in the affiliate program is terminated, the handling of performance-based commission shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable advertiser’s affiliate program terms. The member acknowledges and understands that this may result in not receiving any commission earned.

24-2: Gamble Laboratory assumes no obligation or liability to pay, either in full or in part, any unpaid performance-based commission not received from the advertiser in relation to a terminated member.

25: Limitation and Disclaimer of Warranties

25-1: In alignment with the terms of the respective advertiser’s affiliate program, Gamble Laboratory does not provide any warranties or guarantees, including but not limited to the following:

  • The services will operate continuously without interruption;
  • All defects or malfunctions will be promptly corrected;
  • The services will be free from computer viruses or other harmful elements;
  • Security measures will always be adequately provided;
  • Any specific profits or revenues will be achieved;
  • The use of the services will produce any particular outcomes or successes;
  • The services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • The accuracy or completeness of any service-related content or information is guaranteed;
  • Data related to the services will not be lost or damaged;
  • Full protection is ensured against unauthorized access by third parties.
26: Trademarks, Copyrights, and Ownership

26-1: All information and content provided by the Company to its members in relation to the advertisers shall be original and free from copyright infringement.

26-2: Any content published by members regarding advertisers must not infringe upon the trademarks or intellectual property rights of either Gamble Laboratory or the advertiser, and must comply with the applicable terms of the advertiser’s affiliate program.

26-3: In the event of any copyright disputes between a member and a third party, Gamble Laboratory shall not be held liable. However, in order to maintain the integrity of the affiliate program, Gamble Laboratory may issue a warning by the request of the advertiser to the individual, organization, or business involved in the infringement or provide support to the affected member. If no resolution or improvement is observed within a reasonable period, members understands and acknowledges that the advertiser reserves the right to terminate the member’s participation in the program without prior notice and in addition acknowledges that Gamble Laboratory and the advertiser shall bear no responsibility or loss incurred.

27: Prohibited Activities

27-1: The following activities are strictly prohibited, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each advertiser’s affiliate program. These examples are not exhaustive and may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Modification of Member Conditions: Altering specified conditions, including but not limited to the use of ad materials, affiliate link codes, or other resources provided by the advertiser in a manner that violates or disregards the advertiser’s affiliate program terms—unless otherwise explicitly authorized or permitted in writing by the advertiser.
  • Holding or Sharing Duplicate Accounts or Media: Creating or operating multiple member accounts without prior approval; sharing or selling accounts; using the same media across multiple accounts; or placing multiple advertisements on the same media using different member registrations, unless otherwise specified or explicitly permitted.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in fraud, deception, or misuse of the services through false or misleading information.
  • Spam: Sending or distributing spam emails, spam links, or engaging in any activity with the intent to disseminate spam.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, including hacking, cracking, or misuse of such systems or services.
  • Use of Advertiser Materials After Termination: Continuing to display affiliate materials or links of an advertiser after the affiliate partnership has ended or the member has lost their qualification.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Engaging in any activity that infringes upon another party’s copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Illegal Activity and Its Promotion: Participating in or promoting illegal activities such as the distribution of illegal drugs, acts of violence, human trafficking, and other unlawful behaviors.
  • Unfair Competition: Engaging in unfair competitive behavior that harms the reputation of other members or competing entities.
  • Malicious Software: Using or distributing viruses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious software.
  • Privacy Violations: Infringing on the privacy of other members or individuals.
  • Inappropriate Content: Distributing or promoting content that is sexually explicit, discriminatory, violent, defamatory, or otherwise extreme or offensive.
  • Interference with Services: Overloading systems or servers, or otherwise disrupting the normal operation of services.
  • Marketing to Minors: Providing or promoting harmful content to minors.
  • Other Inappropriate Acts: Engaging in any other conduct that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate.

※ The determination of prohibited activities shall primarily be based on the terms and conditions of each advertiser’s affiliate program. In cases where such terms are not explicitly stated, Gamble Laboratory reserves the right to independently evaluate and determine whether an activity is inappropriate, including actions that may be deemed unethical or lacking in integrity. Members agree not to request explanations for such decisions. All evaluations will be made based on socially reasonable grounds, and members may not object to or appeal the final judgment.

28: Possibility of Penalties

28-1: Members fully understand and acknowledge that, in addition to non-payment of affiliate commission in the case of forced account termination, they may also become ineligible to receive affiliate commission or additional sercices of any kind if any of the following actions are confirmed:

  • 28-1-1: It is confirmed that the member has violated the affiliate program terms of an advertiser or has engaged in fraudulent conduct.
  • 28-1-2: It is confirmed that the member has conducted inappropriate marketing activities. (This includes, but is not limited to, actions such as reproducing another member’s promotional media without permission or using another member’s media without consent, which may be deemed morally unacceptable.)

28-2:  Gamble Laboratory shall have no obligation or liability to pay all or any portion of unpaid or confiscated affiliate commisison to members who are subject to the above penalties, including any commission not received from advertisers.

29: Force Majeure

29-1: Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, inaction by government authorities, fire, labor disputes, floods, epidemics, civil unrest, or acts of war.

30: Dispute, Indemnification and Jurisdiction

30-1: If a member causes damage to an advertiser by violating the advertiser’s terms, the member shall be fully responsible for compensating the advertiser in accordance with those terms.

30-2: In the event that the member’s actions result in damage to Gamble Laboratory, the member shall compensate to Gamble Laboratory for the full amount of such damages.

30-3: In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or concern arising from the use of the Website or its services, members are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the matter directly and amicably with the involved party or through the available support channels.

30-4: If direct resolution is not possible, members may submit a formal dispute notification to the Website’s support team via the designated contact methods. This notification should include a clear description of the issue, relevant details, and any supporting evidence.

30-5: Upon receiving a dispute notification, the Website will review the information provided and make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication between the parties involved to reach a fair and timely resolution.

30-6: The Website does not act as a legal arbitrator but aims to assist members in clarifying misunderstandings or procedural matters. 31-2: Gamble Laboratory operates as an independent information hub and may feature products, services, or affiliate programs using its own affiliate links. In such cases, Gamble Laboratory may earn commissions based on user engagement, registration, or purchase. While These links are used to support the operation of the Website, these listings are provided solely for informational purposes and do not constitute any formal partnership or endorsement beyond affiliate participation.

31-11: All transactions are made directly between the user and the relevant advertiser or product provider. Gamble Laboratory does not act as a payment intermediary and shall never request wallet addresses, private keys, or personal payment credentials from users.

31-12: Gamble Laboratory shall not be held liable for any form of monetary loss, unauthorized transaction, payment error, or fraud that occurs on third-party platforms accessed via links or banners on the Website.
